Day 41 Warm July 22, 2001

It was actually warm yesterday and warm again today. ! ate leftover pizza
for breakfast and took a short nap. ! was planning to go to Reedsport, OR
about 50 miles away. About 3 miles short of Reedsport ! found a hotel that
had a special going on. They are remodeling so all the new rooms are $35. !
figured that was good enough to stop 3 miles short in Winchester Bay, OR.
Just a few miles out of Bandon ! turned off onto Seven Devils Road. It
probably only added a couple miles and was a much nicer road. ! got back to
101 North of Coos Bay. The RVs are everywhere. Nice and warm all day and
sunny. Not much wind and the hills were not bad @ all. ! think the rest days
really helped. 50 miles.
