Day 26 Into San Francisco July 7, 2001

The plan was to ride to a few miles outside of San Fran then head in
early the next day to a hostel. That way ! would have plenty of time to ride
around town. As ! got closer ! figured out that it's all city around here so
! went on in and (finally) found the hostel. $22.50 a night. That includes a
bagel, juice and coffee for breakfast. ! think !'ll ride up to Point Reyes
today and camp or stay @ the hostel there. The hills are huge here and the
streets are narrow. Not a good place to be dragging the trailer. It's
definitely a courier environment. 78 miles
